I requested an accommodation and got approved for it however when I was taking the exam I was supposed to be able to read the questions out loud as per my accommodation but during the exam I was not allowed to do so. I contacted the support service and I was told the following “Thank you for your patience, it looks like the wrong candidate was added to the accommodation list for your exam, we will need HUD Housing to update it so you can finish your exam. I suggest to reach out to them and let them know that the wrong name was added.
