Dear Melody,

The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide.

Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud.

The Study guide PDF syncs with the training module so it is recommended to have both open and active at the same time, although you may just listen along if you prefer.

Thank you for responding to my previous ticket. I now have an issue that I am unable to fix. This is the only way I can think of to correspond with the support team. I have been unable to get onto the HUD Counseling Program website to continue to my studies. None of the links I have been given are now working. I am at a loss as to what has happened. Could you please check it on your end to if there is something that I have neglected to do? I would really like to continue the course and complete it as soon as possible. Any link you can send me or advice/explanation is greatly appreciated.

I was wondering if the modules have sound to them. ?? I am unable to hear anything. If I am simply to read, that's okay. If there is sound to the modules, then I need to research why it's not coming through on my computer. Can you let me know? Thank you. Melody Enella
