Support has disabled your two factor authentication. You will need to set it up again, but please be sure to follow the instructions on how to set it up properly so that you are able to log in in the future.

Below are two links to two of the authenticators that will work with the required Two Factor Authentication to log into your account. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am not able to log into my account at hudhousingcounseling.com the support with Kryterion said they cannot help me. My account is linked to an old employer account so the email goes to one to reset password and I dont have access to anymore sarahr@IHFA.org I do have my HUD certification number/ username MAIU57. Can you please assist me with logging in when I try it ask for two-factor authentication and I have no way of receiving the code. 361-291-6559
