Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Also attached are PDF files detailing how to set up TFA. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Hello, I appear to be locked out of my account. Username MGuzman. Email mguzman@pathstone.org. When I try to reset my password, after I click on the link in the email and enter the CAPTCHA it says "contact support to restore access" Thank you for your help!
