Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Also attached are PDF files detailing how to set up TFA. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I can't log in and the link that is sent to me to asked me to add numbers and it still dose not work. I am trying to apply for accommodations for the exam and it keep saying that I need to contact support . please help me with thin=s problem
