Dear Marcia,

When the Two Factor Authentication is set up you are required to download one of the programs that will work with HUDhousingcounselors.com TFA, a list of them were available at the time you set up your TFA.

Support has disabled your account TFA. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication again upon log in. Be sure to read the instructions to set up the TFA so that you are able to log in in the future.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I received your message regarding that the "codes" are populated every 60 seconds. So, how do I find the new codes that "populate" every 60 seconds because it's not assigned or sent to my email address. So where do I find the code that's populated?
