Hello! I am trying to log in to my account in the HUD Housing Counselors Website. It is asking for a two factor verification code. How can I get that code? Please note I am not a counselor with an agency - I am an instructor for training counselors about the exam. I took the exam and passed it in 2019. Thank you!
