I am not able to log in to my account. This is my third attempt to get my account reset. I've sent in 2 request for a reset. I receive the email from tech support stating to set up two factor authentication upon log in, but when I attempt to log in and complete the two factor authentication, I am denied access and the screen says, "Contact support to reset your access". Please support. I am not sure if I am missing a step.

Support has reset your account, you may now use two factor authenticator to log in. Please note you will be asked and must enter in a new and unique code from your authenticator app each time you log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
