When your TFA was set up, you would have needed to add your HHC.hud.gov account into an authenticator app. The two most common are Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
If you don't feel that your account was set up properly, please let us know and support can disable TFA on your account so that you are able to log in.
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
