Hello, I'm in the middle of a HUD certification training and one of our counselors Abdul Aziz (aaziz@greenpath.com) is unable to schedule the exam. He keeps getting an error telling that you need to verify his identity even though he's already signed in. Could you please help us get this issue resolved? Thanks in advance Julio Lopez
