Upon further review, the account created was created with the email address nwilliams@caphennipen.org .

Because of the misspelling of the email address, support is going to deactivate this account and Novella can create a new account. The reason for this is that support does not have access to edit an account if it was never verified by the creator.

Novella Williams (nwilliams@caphennepin.org) created an account about 2 weeks ago to do the training modules on https://hudhousingcounselors.com/ but she still doesn't have access. Do you know how long it typically takes for new HUD counselors to get access or if there is something that is stalling her request? Any further insight or information you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
