This message serves to confirm that your HUD Housing Counselors Certification Exam was rescheduled to include an additional hour. You will receive a separate email with the specific appointment details directly from Kryterion, the proctoring service provider. 

We were able to schedule your exam for February 16th at 12:30 PM CST.

can i please request an extra 1 hour accommodation for ,y upcoming exam next week 2/15. I have not scheduled yet because of the extra hour accommodation please. I filled out a form and wondering if you receive it. My main language is Tagalog - Filipino. Would love to have extra hour for my upcoming exam. Thank you so much

Your request for extra time due to limited English proficiency is approved.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account.
  2. Register for the exam .
  3. Notify Support that you have registered.

Support will switch your exam to the extended time version. You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email. Because the extended time version includes an extra hour, we cannot guarantee the date and time will match your original registration.
