I already installed the Google Authenticator app on my phone, but I can't login to actually set it up. When I put my password says, "Contact support to reset your access". Can you reset my 2MFA so I can login and set my authenticator?
Thanks.

Sorry, but I feel extremely frustrated writing these lines. I have been trying for two weeks, using every possible method, to register for the HUD Certified Counselor exam, and I just can't find a way. It requires an authentication factor that is completely impossible to install. I cannot access my profile, and when I do manage to log in and enter all the required information to register for the exam—something I have done countless times—I receive anywhere from one to five different error messages, or it tells me that the page is unavailable and then locks me out of my account. I don't understand how a website can be so faulty. I need help, and I no longer know how to ask for it. My phone number is: (720) 745-9145. Thank you.
