Hello,
Thank you this link worked! For some reason the other one did not work. I requested accommodations for more time and breaks due to ADHD, history of traumatic brain injury and Chiari Malformation (defect of the brain and spinal cord). I did provide extensive neurological paperwork. Please let me know if you need me to resubmit that. Thank you so much for your help!

Hello, my name is Chelsea Martinez. My e-mail is cmartinez@greenpath.com. I was calling because I had requested accommodations a few days ago for my exam that I need to register for. I know it says to not register until you get the accommodation request. I haven't received an e-mail or update or anything. I was wondering if someone could give me a call at 734-626-0676 or send me an e-mail. Either way, thank you and I hope you have a great day. Bye.
