Hi my name is Heather Kreisel. I am trying to figure out how to get to the authentication code that you guys are supposedly sending. The system is not sending out an authentication code for me to just get past the login screen so that I'm able to take my test today. If you could please give me a call back at 816-585-7655. Again. Just because I do have to get this test taken today. I don't know how to get past the authentication code because it's not. The authentication code doesn't go anywhere. I don't get it in my phone, I don't get it to my e-mail. I don't know where it's supposed to be going. So if someone could please call me back I would greatly appreciate it.
