Thank you for resetting my account, however, I am still experiencing a lot of issues when registering for the exam. I have now reset my account, set up two factor authentication, but whenever I go to register for the exam, I would fill out all of the required fields, and when I hit register for the exam, it would pop up "There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 300 seconds and try again." Every time I wait for the time limit to pass to retry the submission, the time would increase more and more.

My name is Trang and I am a program manager at Southland Integrated Services. I am trying to register for the HUD exam to take on behalf of my organization, but whenever I try to register for the exam, it would require me to re-login even though I'm already logged in. Then when I try to log in, I get an error message saying "Contact support to reset your access". I have tried changing my password as well, but when I click on the link to change my password, I would get the same error message stating "Contact support to reset your access". Would you please be able to help me so that I can register for the exam as soon as possible?
