Hello. I've been trying for quite a while now to log in to my account to take the practice exam. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the two-factor authentication to work with my phone. I've tried everything I can think of, but the codes I'm receiving are not accepted by the program. Is it possible for you to delete my account on your end so that I can re-register? Maybe if I start the whole thing over, it will work out. Any suggestions are very welcome. Thank you for your help. Melody Enella 916.837.7231

Dear Melody, Please note you…
Dear Melody,
Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. You have 3 attempts to do so. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. Please be advised you will need to clear all open windows and clear your cache. Below is what should generate on your HUD account:
TFA application
Validation Plugin: TFA TOTP
Generate verification codes from a mobile or desktop application.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
