Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. Support has resent the Test Completion Email for your HECM test results. Please advise whether you have received this information via email. Once received if you are not able to view what you are requesting. Please send a screenshot of what you are not able to view via this ticket, so we are further able to assist.

I have contacted you guys multiple times. Not once has my issue been solved. I have tried every way humanly possible to access my failed HECM Exam scored. I have been told they come in an email, and have also been told they are located on my user profile. None of these have been true for me. I have searched far and wide throughout my user profile and no HECM scored are there to be found I promise. I also get an email after I complete the exam with no scores on it. For some reason it sends me an email that I completed the Certification Exam which I have already passes long ago. I believe my account is either glitched or you guys are sending me the wrong email. I would like to see my failed scores please so I know where I stand. Just please attach my scores to this support email when you respond to it. If for whatever reason I am not allowed to see my failed HECM Exam scores just tell me rather than beating around the bush because I have not gotten a clear answer on that either. Thank you!
