And I don't have an Android. Can someone please call me back to walk me through the 2 factor authentication so I can properly launch my exam and sign in?? Please be aware that your personal email does not have to be on your authenticator to access your account. Once you have downloaded your app simply hit the + sign on either 4 corners of your phone. You will then add your email ajohnson@iercsb.org that is registered under your exam. Once complete your will login into your HUD account when will then prompt you to scan the QR code or generate the 6-digit code. Again, with is not what will be sent to your email address you will gather this information for your HUD account once you log in.
