Dear Tyrinda,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised no code will be sent via text or email. You will need to download the app add your HUD account and then you will login to your HUD account to generate the QR code or generate the 6-digit code.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Whenever I am trying to login it's states verification is needed but a code is never sent (tried for two days) I have check spam box as well
