Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once the authenticator app is downloaded, please click on the + sign or the 3 lines on the corner to add your HUD account. Once done you will then login into your HUD account which will either have a link to Reset app (this will give you a QR code to scan) or it will ask for the 6-digit code that will appear on the app for you to enter into your HUD account.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
