Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Original Ticket Body: I need help logging into the website. Every time I try to enter, I have to reset my password or create a new one, and yet it still says I failed the login. This process is very frustrating because it is impossible to enter the website.

Dear Karla,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked out. Once you enter your password you will be prompt to Set up application for 2 factor authentication. Please download one of the apps below before logging into your HUD account you are able to set this process up for your account.

Hi my name is Carla Quinones Ruggiero I am a I'm trying to just log in into the website and it doesn't allow to me. I just reset the password and it say that it's not valid so they say that block my account again. This is the fifth time that I've been complaining that I cannot enter to the website so I really appreciate it. You can call me back at 908928 3451. Thank you.
