If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. 

If you do not receive the email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam and junk folders. Please also verify that you are checking the correct email address.

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked. 

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Hi, my name is Josiana Bellado and I'm just calling on the behalf of not being able to get into my HUD housing counselor account. I'm on the process of getting my certification so I just need access to my login. I'm able to put my username which is my work e-mail, but I need to put in my passcode and it's not helping me create an option to create one which I was unable to do so prior. I just created my account with my e-mail. My ID is just missing my password to reset it or to log into my account. So that would be very helpful. Thank you.
