Caller set up an account for a Housing Counselor. Caller is trying to become a housing Counselor and she is getting an error that states she needs to set up two multi factor authentication. Caller has not taken the exam but is needing help with this. Caller states that there is no sound on the modules.

Dear Cici,
The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide.
Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud.
The Study guide PDF syncs with the training module so it is recommended to have both open and active at the same time, although you may just listen along if you prefer.
Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
