I was given the opportunity to step out and use the restroom for 5 minutes according to the proctor. I set a timer for 4 minutes to make sure I was back to the testing area in time. I came back to my testing area and received a message saying my test was suspended for not complying. This is not my first attempt so I know the process. I was not given any instructions yet to begin verification and beginning the test so I'm not sure why my test is being suspended.
