Certification Exam -Appointment Details given
I have an employee that we paid for her to take the exam and the link did not come for her to take the test so she reschedule it and we still had problems getting it so that she could take the exam can someone please help me with this. Dear Sandra,
Rebeccas test date details are included in her Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Rebecca's test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page. Rebecca was sent her test confirmation email. If she experiences any technical difficulties when launching her test, she will need to be logged into her account and submit a support ticket to Kryterion.
