Hello, I am tryiing to access my user account to log on and check results of my HUD Housing Counselor test and It says to request a reset of my account. I will not be in the Office until Monday July 28th but do wish to have my account reset before then. Please let me know how to proceed. Kindly, Gayla Mellen
