hi good morning this is robin harrison my contact number is 646-739-9245 i'm on the hud housing counselor's website looking at the training online modules i just have a question because i'm using a mac but i am i chose the training online and i'm not hearing any any speech everything is just showing the words and i wanted to know is that how this works is it a problem with the compatibility with the mac i'm just curious because i thought it would actually speak thank you so much for your assistance

Dear Robbin,
The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this, open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide.
Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud.
The Study guide PDF syncs with the training module so it is recommended to have both open and active at the same time, although you may just listen along if you prefer.
