Reset acct/ TFA instructions provided
hi my name is tracy mitchell chapman i have a log on and i was going through to do the utilizing the resources for preparation for the hud counseling test the day before yesterday i was able to log on yesterday it said that my password was incorrect and i used the same information so i did everything i tried didn't work so i recreated an account got in used it went through some of the modules today went to log in same thing telling me the information is incorrect and then i got locked out and saying i need to contact an administrator to get the issue resolved and sent got password a link to to change it but then when i put my sign on information and went through the link it still said contact an administrator my number is 817-917-9830 again tracy mitchell chapman 817-917-9830 and i'm trying to get access to my account again thank you have a great day bye bye

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you have downloaded the authenticator app you must log into your HUD account and click on the Set up application link.
