Original Ticket Body: Is there anyway to save the knowledge assessment while you are answering questions? I had just gotten past number three and I had to leave and when I came back today, it’s all gone. So I have to start all over again.

Dear Sherri,

There is no limit on how many times the Knowledge Assessment can be taken. You are not able to save the progress and return at a later time.

However, the link in the user profile page will change every time that user takes the assessment and will only show the last attempt.

Issue-resolved

I can't get two step verification set up on an HP laptop with Windows 11. It does not support authenticator programs. After 2 days I finally figured that out! I have been working with an iPad without any problems.
