To cancel or reschedule an exam, go to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and Sign In. In the Exam Center, click on “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details” and follow the instructions to access your scheduled exam and make changes.

• ONLINE PROCTORED EXAMS. ‌To avoid a $50 no show or cancellation fee, candidates must reschedule or cancel a scheduled online test session within 24 hours of the scheduled exam.
• ONSITE PROCTORED EXAMS AT A TESTING CENTER. ‌To avoid an $85 no show or cancellation fee, candidates must reschedule or cancel a scheduled online test session within 72 hours of the scheduled exam.
