Had sent the following to "info@hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov" but just received a response that I needed to submit messages via webform.
I purchased the Online Proctored Exam for today at 10am CST. Our office does not own a detached web camera, but a coworker was to bring in hers for me to use.
It is an hour before the test is to begin, and she will not be in the office today due to illness. I understand that rescheduling cannot be done with less than 24 hours’ notice. I hope that special consideration may be made in this case, as this was beyond our control.
Please let me know what the next steps may be.
