Ticket from Jeffrey Moffit - General

Dear Madam or Sir,

We’d like to ask for your help with an error we encountered while accessing hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov, please.  After entering the URL, our browser came back with this message:

We’ve tried a couple of different browsers, but similar messages appear.  Is there anything we can do on our end to resolve this error?  One of our counselors is scheduled to take the exam tomorrow afternoon and we just want to make sure we’ll be able to access the site ASAP.
