I sat for the housing counseling exam on 1/29/18, at the Roswell Rd. location in Atlanta, GA. There was an issue with using the computer's calculator. The keypad function did not work so I used the mouse. When clicking on numbers and symbols (+*-=) it would not execute the command. This became extremely frustrating as I was up against the clock. I had to repeat the same function several times for it to work. As a result I lost my place and had to reenter numbers, review questions and try remembering the sum to solve the equation. I requested scratch paper to assist but was told it was not allowed. Feeling annoyed I didn't bother reporting the difficulties I was experiencing during the exam as there was no assurance the matter could be resolved.
Also, is a traditional calculator allowed? Without my glasses I had to expand the screen which made if very difficult to navigate between screens. The horrible experience taking this exam interfered with focusing on the questions. I would greatly appreciate a retake.
