My username is shiggs@mrdc.net. I was registered for the certification exam this past Sunday 05/13/2018 at 10am est. Unfortunately I had to reschedule within just before the exam time due to a bad storm that had knocked out my power so I had no internet. Is it possible to get the $50 reschedule fee refunded??
