To cancel or reschedule an exam, sign into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. Select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. 

• ONLINE PROCTORED EXAMS. ‌To avoid a $50 no-show or cancellation fee, candidates must reschedule or cancel a scheduled online test session within 24 hours of the scheduled exam.
• ONSITE PROCTORED EXAMS AT A TESTING CENTER. ‌To avoid an $85 no-show or cancellation fee, candidates must reschedule or cancel a scheduled online test session within 72 hours of the scheduled exam. 

Because your exam was an onsite exam and you reached out to us less than 72 hours before your exam was scheduled, we cannot waive the cancellation fee. As you reported having issues with the Kryterion site, please contact them to discuss a waiver for this fee.
