I took my Exam today at Language Access Consulting & Training in Saint Paul, MN . During the exam I have issues with the computer ( it was lock ) at the center and the exterminator in charge come to fix it 4 times during my time for me to take the test. Who I can talk about this because that limit my time to be able to do my exam properly. here is my autorization code to do my Test: mr5Ufche
Do I need to paid again to retake it ? knowing that it was a technical issue with the system (computer).
