I am scheduled to take the proctored HUD exam tomorrow at my local Kryterion testing center at 1 pm, and there is a possibility that the testing center may be closed due to extreme winter weather. If it is closed, will I be able to get a refund of my testing fee? What is the process to request a refund due to a weather-related testing center closure?
