I am not employed by a HUD participating organization yet. If I pass the exam, do I need to immediately apply for the certification with the FHA? I want to use the fact that I already passed the test to help me find a job with a HUD approved agency, so how long do I have from when I pass the test to send my results to the the FHA until my test results stop being valid?
