I registered to take the HUD exam today. I didn't realize, but was registered under my 'alias' name Becky. (This is what I go by) The name Rebecca is my legal name, on my ID. I was turned away for testing. I understand that the names must match and I have updated my name in HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and the HUD Exchange. How can I fix my registration? Will I be required to pay another testing fee?
