Hello. I am sending this help request on behalf of my employee, Chris Watson. He was scheduled to take the HUD certification exam on Friday, July 12th, 2019, at 1pm. Having said that, he tried to cancel it on Tuesday morning, July 9th, 2019, but was having some technical issues. By the time the issue was resolved, he cancelled the test around 2pm, one hour after the deadline. He did receive an email stating the refund would be $15.00. However, we are asking that the refund be $100.00 due to the technical issues Mr. Watson was having when he tried to cancel prior to the deadline. If that's not an option, we do have more employees who are going to be taking the exam. Can the $100.00 be credited towards one of them?
