After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials at any other point (i.e. registering for an exam). 

If you are experiencing difficulties with completing a particular transaction on the site, we recommend trying a different web browser. For example, Google Chrome should provide optimal browser performance.
