I am forwarding this notification regarding my test that is scheduled for August 27, 2019 at 9:00 am in Augusta, Georgia. I will not be able to take the test due to a visit to the emergency room today which determined I have an issue which will prevent me from taking the test on August 27th. I reside and work in the state of Virginia as a Housing Counselor. I scheduled the exam for Georgia because I am from the area where the test is scheduled and I was going to be on vacation for the entire week near the test site. However, I have a follow-up medical appointment in Virginia on Monday, August 26 related to my visit to the emergency room and because of my circumstances cancelled my vacation. I can provide documentation if needed.
I able to take the test here in Virginia during the period 27-30 August for any periods available on the test calendar for locations in this area. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.
