Ms. Alexander called the Hotline and stated that she was scheduled to take the Certification Exam at the testing center in Dearborn, MI on 26 February 2019. She claimed that due to inclement weather, the testing center was closed that day and the exam was cancelled. She attempted to contact the exam center at this time to reschedule the exam and get a credit for the cancelled exam, but claimed she was not sucessful in obtaining a credit. At the time, she worked for Americorps and her exam had been purchased using her work email. Since that time, she left Americorps and no longer has access to that email account. She recently created a second account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov using a different email address and would now like to recieve credit for the cancelled exam and reschedule a new exam.
