I have been unable to reach the page that will take my payment and schedule an exam. When I click on the button at the bottom of my profile page, I am sent to webassessor.com and asked for a username and password. I don't have a username and password for webassessor. Their help line says that I should be sent directly to a payment page using my hudhousingcounselor.com username and password. Something seems to be broken.
