Ticket from Chacko Mathew - Proctoring/Kryterion

I am very upset with the way the Kryterion exam center @50 clinton street isulted me and found to be non responsilbe and with no customer skills at all. If i paid $100 to take the exam she need to be couteos and show empathy and assist people before entering in to the test room. I understand that i was late .Igot lost around the 50 clinton street buliding. This time i was driving. To make the stories short the following is taken out of your exam rules"Each candidate deserves a fair and equal opportunity to demonstrate knowledge in the examination process and therefore exam security measures are in place to prevent any candidate from gaining an unfair advantage.

Unauthorized removal of any material or any attempt to reproduce or memorize all or part of the exam is prohibited. A proctor may dismiss a candidate, halt an examination progress, or report a candidate for any unauthorized behavior. When taking an exam at a testing center please arrive up to 15 minutes early, and provide the proctor with the Test Taker Authorization Code. Please note: You must bring your Test Taker Authorization Code or the proctor will not be able to load your assessment. You will be required to provide the Exam Proctor two (2) forms of identification (one must be a photo Government issued ID). Secondary identification would be a credit card, bank debit card, employee identification card. NOTE: In the United States a Social Security card is “not” an acceptable form of identification. When taking an online exam, the launch button will be available 10 minutes before the scheduled launch time.

No Shows and Cancellations: I understand I can reschedule my test session appointment without penalty with more than 72 hours’ notice (or 24 hours for online proctored exams). I understand that I may be charged a fee if I reschedule or cancel my scheduled test session appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice (24 hours for online proctored exams).

Reasonable Accommodations: I understand it is my responsibility to request any special accommodations (which requires 45 days advance notice) that I may require through my test sponsor, Bixal, for approval and test center arrangement prior to scheduling my test session. " no where it says you cannot me morethan 15 minutes late or provide any cut off time. It suggests that you come 15 minutes early. It is only a suggestion. There is nothing stating thatyou will not be allowed to take the test after certain time . This facility issupposed to be open o upto 3pm There was no reason to insult me in front of others and the statement" i decide what and who can take the test. You get the f... out of here or i will call the p0lice is enethical and unprofessional. I was not disrespectful to her but only begged and begged her to give me a chance to take the test.

Kryterion is an incompetant agency who doent know what they are doing. Itried to take it on line,I bought a web camera since they dont want to use my high efficient hd camera instaled on my computer i spent 75 dollars in staples to buy this and they stopped me in the middle of the test, did not give another attempt. then i took it at cambridge one time paid $100 to take the test. I was in a hurry to attend a wedding took ,complete the exam in 39 minutes but failed by few points. I have been serving the local goverments for the last 30 years of my life . i beeged the lady . I believe my job is taxpayer funded and go out of my way to help a customer.togive me a chance which you know that she made a wrond decision.there is nothing in all the statements indicating that if I am late you will not be allowed. it only statebs that theu suggest to come 15 minutes before time.

Kryterion is having a contract is a federally funded tax payercontributed contract where shall be no chance to dicriminate because of my appearance, my color race or nation of origing . Iam also a disabled person trying to launch a new career accomodating my disability.

Iam requesting HUD and The US justice department to review this matter and start formal action against Kreterion and Cambridge business institute
