Phone call on the Hotline from a user who was trying to sign up for an exam. She stated that when she went through the process and was sent to Webassessor that she was sent to a sign in screen and that Webassessor would not accept her user name and password. I suggested that she try a different browser and go back to the HUD HousingCounselors.com website and try the process again. She tried this while on the phone, and was able to get through to Webassessor succcessfully and continue the process.
