I had a call from Jeanette MCDonald who was asking about her upcoming exam registration. She hadn't gotten a confirmation email and didn't know where to go to on the website to find exam details. I found her registration on WebAssessor and resent the transaction email to her. She got it right away and saw that all her exam details were listed. Her issue was resolved and she had no further issues.
