Ticket from Customer Support - Certification Exam

Phone call from Gerardo Gonzalez-Gomez stating he was trying to reschedule his upcoming Certification Exam and was unable to do so on the website. I told him that in order to reschedule his upcoming exam, he would first have to cancel the exam he is scheduled to take and then schedule a new exam. He is currently scheduled for less than 72 hours from now. I advised him that if he did cancel at this point, he would incur an $85 cancellation fee. I advised him that his options are to either keep the appointment he has now, or cancel the current exam and schedule a new one, but that doing so would trigger the $85 cancellation fee.
