My email address is igalarza@arc-az.org (so you can find my account). I was scheduled to take the HUD exam yesterday afternoon. However, the exam did not launch. I contacted our IT person in our agency and he was not able to make it work either. He uninstall and reinstalled the software so I don't have any issues testing. I contacted Kryterion because the website does not give me the option to schedule another test even if I pay for it. Kryterion recommended that I reach out to you instead to have the test fee waived as it was a technical issue when the test did not launch. I need to reschedule the test and website doesn't even give me the option to purchase it again. I would appreciate a response. Thank you!!!!
